What is included with the stay?
Daily breakfast is included. Guests also receive welcome cocktails and a traditional Puerto Rican dinner on the first night, plus initial stocking of local spirits, beer, and refreshments.
What areas of the property can guests access?
Guests have access to the entire first level of the property, including pool access and the outdoor property.
Are concierge services available?
Yes. Additional concierge services, transportation services, and daily chef services are available upon request for an added cost. Breakfast is already included.
How close are beaches and essentials?
Beaches, restaurants, water sports, hiking, grocery stores, shopping, and hospitals are all within minutes. Grocery stores, a shopping mall, and hospitals are within 15 minutes or less.

Safety and security
Exterior security cameras are located at the entrance and outside areas around the pool and outdoor patios. The property includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. There is no carbon monoxide detector listed.
